Today, teachers need to use technology to doctor learning easy for children. Training provides the opportunity to teachers to learn ways to make proper use of new teaching technologies. Training programs help teachers learn ways to stimulate students learning desire. Great induction programs create opportunities for novice teachers to learn from best practices and analyze and reflect on their teaching (Anonymous, 2008).Education and training are two ends continuum of professional development of a teacher. Education gives knowledge, whereas training makes a teacher make the best use of the acquired knowledge. Training makes a teacher perform his/her job roles in an appropriate manner.
